Karfas

Karfas beach lies just 5 kilometers from Chios town and is the closest beach to Kampos and Thymiana. It is one of the most organized beaches, with sunbeds and umbrellas, and offers services for water sports and games, boats, and diving schools. The shore is long, covered with fine golden sand, and the waters are very shallow. It is surrounded by large luxury hotels as well as many rental rooms and apartments to meet all visitor needs. As the island’s largest tourist center, Karfas is also ideal for nightlife, with many bars and cafés offering all kinds of entertainment. Finally, access is served by the city bus line, with frequent connections to and from Chios town.
