Keros

Keros beach lies on the east coast of Lemnos between two capes—Keros and Kavallaris—near the settlement of Kontopouli, and is one of the island’s most popular beaches. It offers wonderful sand and turquoise, shallow waters. The almost always favorable conditions for water sports make it ideal above all for surfers. Keros hosts a school for windsurfing, kitesurfing, and other water sports, plus a beach volleyball court. Canoes are available for sea tours. The beach also has a beach bar, umbrellas with sunbeds, and municipal gazebos.
