Roussopouli Information Center

Roussopouli, built amphitheatrically on the slope of Korakas Hill, lies east of Moudros, near Chortarolimni, one of Lemnos’ most important wetlands. The impressive building of the old school dominates the village, which today houses the Visitors’ Information Center. There, visitors find information on the geo-history, geo-monuments, and geosites of Lemnos, as well as on the region’s natural environment and agricultural tradition. The Center is equipped with modern media and uses digital applications to offer visitors a complete experience of the island’s distinctive identity.
