Lazareta

Lazareta beach dominates a superb spot on Psara with views toward Mavri Rachi. The beach impresses with its thick sand and the tamarisks that grow in scattered spots, creating an atmosphere of unique natural harmony. To the right and left of the main beach two smaller sandy coves are formed. The first connects the settlement to Lazareta via a stone-built path, while the second is hidden in a small cove reached by a short path from the beach’s eastern end. On the eastern side, a few meters above the shore, stands the chapel of Agios Charalambos.
