Lidario

Lidario beach extends along the west side of Agios Efstratios, between Trigari and Ftelio, and is considered one of the island’s most beautiful shores. Long, with sand and fine pebbles, it offers a serene, idyllic landscape. Behind the shore, oaks create natural shade, providing coolness on hot summer days. Although the beach is exposed to northerly winds, this gives a pleasant climate and ideal conditions for sea activities. With crystal-clear waters and a rich seabed, Lidario is ideal for snorkeling and spearfishing, and for family outings. Access is by road, about 9 kilometers from the village, via a dirt track that crosses the island’s wild, untouched landscape, offering an experience that combines the beauty of the drive with the enjoyment of the beach.
