Psili Ammos (Chrysi Ammos)

Psili Ammos Beach, also known as Chrysi Ammos (Golden Sand), is near Marathokampos and is considered one of Samos’s most beautiful and popular beaches. About 400 meters long, it features fine, golden sand and shallow, crystal‑clear waters, making it an ideal choice for families and children. The beach is organized with umbrellas, sunbeds and restaurants, while the broader area has rental rooms and small tourist units. It is surrounded by pines that provide natural shade and create an idyllic, cool atmosphere, while to the east there is a large cave, a favorite spot for those seeking natural shade. The western section, less organized, offers quieter corners for those who want seclusion and relaxation in a magical natural environment.
