Agios Ioannis - Kaspakas

In Kaspakas, one of Lemnos’s most picturesque villages, lies the sandy beach of Agios Ioannis, 6 km from Myrina. The beach is known for its shallow, crystal-clear waters and has been awarded Blue Flags. It is fully organized with sunbeds and umbrellas. There are also cafés and restaurants at the water’s edge. Entering the sea, visitors can see beautiful volcanic formations, known as the “Meteora of Kaspakas,” and their glossy pebbles. In places they rise several meters high, providing natural shade, while tamarisks along the beach offer additional shade. The beach also offers one of the island’s finest sunsets. Access is easy via the paved road.
