Agios Ermogenis
Agios Ermogenis Beach lies 23 km from the city of Mytilene, at the eastern mouth of the Gulf of Gera, near Haramida Beach and the village of Loutra on Lesvos. It is a small, picturesque cove with golden sand and crystal-clear waters, surrounded by pines. At the end of the beach, on a rock, stands the little chapel of Agios Ermogenis, which gave the beach its name. This small, beautiful beach enchants visitors with its emerald waters. Renowned for its tranquility and natural beauty, it is ideal for those seeking to unwind. It is also suitable for families, as the waters are calm and safe for children. Though not fully organized, it does offer facilities such as showers, toilets, changing rooms, and litter bins. It also provides opportunities for swimming, snorkeling, and dining at the area’s sole seaside taverna.
