ΥΛΙΚΑ

  • 2 kilos cooked fava
  • 3 onions grated
  • 1/2 glass olive oil
  • 1 pinch sugar
  • pepper
  • 5 sprigs fre δυόσμοsh or dried mint
  • 1 glass self-ri sing flour
  • 1 egg
  • salt (optional)

Εκτέλεση

Sauté the onions in the olive oil and add the finely chopped mint. In a small bowl, put the split peas and add the ingredients you have sautéed. Then add all the remaining ingredients and mix. Line a baking tray with non-stick paper and place spoonfuls of the mixture on it. Bake at 180°C for 20–25 minutes.
